CSA and CSA, Ltd. are asking vendors to register their company information in a database to help us find the best clients to fulfill our RFQs and RFPs. Click the "register" button below to begin the process, but before you do, you should have the following information on hand:
- Company address and general information about the types of commodities and services your company provides
- Contact information for two people at your company, including phone numbers and e-mail addresses
- Authorization information for one to three people who are allowed to sign documents on your company's behalf
- Reference information for three companies and the people to contact, including phone numbers and e-mail addresses
- Payment and delivery information
You will be unable to save your work midway through the process. However, you can pause, leaving the browser window open, and return at a later time.
Once you have completed the process, the information will be sent to us for approval. We may need to contact you for additional details. After you are approved in our system, you will receive a Vendor Identification Code, which you should reference in all future bids.
